During my stay at Doubletree By Hilton, I was delighted with the prompt and sincere response from the staff when I encountered a minor issue with the bed. Despite not being able to rectify it immediately, their friendliness and apologies were greatly appreciated. The ironing facilities and air conditioning in the room were top-notch, providing me with the convenience and comfort I needed. The tea and coffee facilities were well-stocked, allowing me to enjoy a warm beverage while taking in the breathtaking views from the garden furniture outside. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and seamless stay in the heart of the city.
